Join Angel Dominguez for an interactive workshop and discussion of what it means to cultivate a healthy work-life balance. The interactive discussion will cover the importance of setting boundaries, time management, how technology can be your friend, and why saying “no” doesn't make you a bad person!

Angel is a queer, first-generation, Latinx UCSC alumnus dedicated to supporting historically excluded groups of students during their time here in the redwoods as the GANAS graduate services counselor for UCSC. Angel holds an M.F.A. in writing and poetics from Naropa University and is the author of several books of poetry and prose.
