Instructions for applicants:
STEP 1: Obtain the UC LEADS application from one of the following sources:
* Download, fill in and print the online application.
NOTE: You can type into the PDF but cannot save it, so print it before closing your Adobe Reader.
* Visit our office at the Graduate Division, 290 Kerr Hall.
STEP 2: Complete the application components:
o Student Information/Financial Aid Award Letter
o Collegiate Programs
o University Information
o Research Interests
o Previous Research Experience (not required to be eligible)
o Accommodation Needs
o Transcripts/Transfer Credit Evaluations and Proposed Study Plans
o Statement of Purpose
o Two Recommenders (no letters required)
STEP 3: Turn in application. Please review your application carefully, as late or incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
